This homeless lady allowed me to take her picture in exchange for a couple of bucks. She became homeless after moving to Houston with her boyfriend. When things got tough, he started abusing her. She left him and decided living on the streets was a better option than living in physical abuse.

The Rose Man...
This homeless man entertained us with stories and songs for half an hour while we were walking around downtown Houston shooting one night.

He fashioned this amazingly detailed paper rose out of napkins he had collected throughout the day in hopes of selling it that night.
